Is ClueXP a locksmith?
No. ClueXP provides technology, intake, coordination, and network infrastructure. Independent participating provider companies and their technicians perform locksmith work.
Does checking coverage dispatch someone?
No. A coverage check is not a service request or dispatch authorization. Authorization is a separate explicit step after required disclosures.
Can ClueXP promise a price or arrival time?
Not from the public website. Request-specific price or timing information must come from the authoritative Platform.
Are requests sold to several companies?
ClueXP is designed around one accountable network handoff, not shared-lead selling or provider bidding.
Does joining guarantee providers work?
No. Onboarding does not guarantee approval, network eligibility, market access, or job volume.
How does a technician participate?
Through an eligible independent provider relationship. Provider and technician onboarding remain distinct Platform flows.
