Pre-launch legal review required
The contracting entity, governing law, dispute terms, service-specific terms, support channel, and complete Platform agreement have not been supplied.
Website role
The public ClueXP website provides information and entry points for customers, provider companies, and technicians. It does not itself determine coverage, eligibility, pricing, dispatch, payment, cancellation, tracking, or request outcomes.
Independent providers
ClueXP does not directly perform locksmith or other physical services. Independent participating provider companies and their technicians perform the work and remain responsible for it under the applicable service and Platform terms.
No public-page guarantees
Marketing content does not guarantee coverage, provider availability, arrival time, pricing, technician identity, provider approval, or job volume. Request-specific information must come from the Platform.
Provider applications
Submitting an application does not approve the company, activate network participation, or promise demand. Qualification and onboarding are separate processes.
Safety
ClueXP is not an emergency-response service. Contact local emergency services when there is immediate danger.
