Information the Website handles

An availability check uses the service you chose and a ZIP code: one you type, one suggested from your internet connection that you can change, or one worked out from your device location, which is read only when you press the location button and is reduced to its ZIP code on the Website server. When you choose a provider to continue with, the service, ZIP code, and any address and description you typed are passed to that provider's ClueXP request page in the part of the link after “#”, which browsers do not send to servers; you confirm your exact address and contact details there. Provider and technician onboarding information is collected only in their canonical Platform flows, not by this public Website.

Cookie and storage choices

Essential storage remembers the privacy choice and supports required site behavior. Optional storage is enabled only after the visitor chooses it and may retain privacy-safe acquisition context such as landing path, referring host, and approved campaign parameters. The homepage does not store its map location.

Location on the homepage

The homepage map is personalized from a coarse, approximate location supplied by the network your request arrives through—country, region, and city at best, rounded before use. Your IP address is not shown, stored, or shared, and precise coordinates are never saved. Your device location is requested only when you press the location button in the request box. Text typed into the request and address fields does not move the map. None of this is a statement about service coverage: ClueXP confirms coverage for a specific request through the Platform.

Information excluded from analytics and URLs

Names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, ZIP codes, precise locations, notes, photos, request identifiers, and tracking tokens must not be sent to analytics properties, campaign URLs, or ad platforms.

Platform processing

When production integration is enabled, the service code and the central point of your ZIP code area pass through a same-origin Website endpoint to the ClueXP Platform for that check. The Website does not store your ZIP code, address, or location, add them to a page address it requests, log them, or send them to analytics or the map provider. The Platform—not Website analytics—is authoritative for requests, authorization, dispatch, tracking, and outcomes.

Your choices

The consent banner offers essential-only and optional-storage choices. Browser storage can also be cleared through browser settings. A separate privacy-preferences page is not part of W0/W1.
