How it works
One request, with each decision made in the right place.
ClueXP connects a public request to an authoritative Platform workflow. The Platform controls coverage, dispatch, consent, eligibility, pricing rules, tracking, and outcomes.
- 01
Describe the need
The customer chooses a supported service and provides the minimum location and contact information needed for a check.
- 02
Platform checks
The Platform determines service taxonomy, coverage, availability, and which disclosures apply. The website does not recreate those rules.
- 03
Review the terms
If the request can proceed, the customer reviews provider/network disclosure, known pricing limitations, timing limitations, privacy, consent, and cancellation terms.
- 04
Authorize dispatch
Dispatch authorization is a separate, explicit action. Starting a form or checking coverage does not authorize a provider.
- 05
Provider assigns a technician
An eligible independent provider company receives the handoff and manages its technician. ClueXP does not perform the physical service.
- 06
Track authoritative status
Request and tracking status comes from the Platform through a safe handoff—not from marketing-page animation or a raw token in a URL.
What ClueXP does
Technology, intake, coordination, and status.
ClueXP supplies the network infrastructure and customer journey around an urgent-service request.
What providers do
The physical service and technician management.
Independent provider companies remain responsible for the work performed by their technicians.
