A provider company reviews how ClueXP separates public customer intake, Platform decisions, company operations, and technician participation.

Keep private and network demand distinct
Provider-private requests remain separate from ClueXP network opportunities unless the Platform agreement and policies say otherwise.

Submit through the Platform path
Company qualification, eligibility, documents, service categories, and operating expectations belong to the canonical onboarding flow.

Operate inside approved scope
If approved, the company receives only the work the Platform confirms it is eligible to receive. Volume, territory, and timing are not guaranteed.
Distribution
Network requests are potential incremental demand, not a shared lead marketplace and not promised volume.
Accountability
The provider company remains responsible for its technicians and the physical work performed.
